C O N D I T I O N S
1. Karting is strictly a non contact sport
2. Any damage, accidental or otherwise ends session.No refunds.
3. It is a condition of racing that marshals instructions and Flag signals are obeyed at all times
4. In the events of half spin (180°) no driving against traffic.
5. Misuse of karts or track, careless or dangerous driving ends the session.
6. Helmets to be securely fastened and visors to be closed while racing
7. Racing suits to be worn when provided. Helmets, gloves and race suits belong to Letterkenny Karting Centre and are placed in your care. They must be returned at the end of the event in the condition in which they were received. You will be held liable for any damage.
8. No stopping on the circuit at any time unless instructed by a marshal.
9. Do not leave your Kart for any reason on the circuit unless instructed by a marshal.
10. All areas marked 'Staff Only, workshops ang offices' are strictly private.
11. Race session is over when the chequered flag is waved.
12. Under no circumastances is racing allowed after chequered flag. No allowance will bemade for claiming ignorance of the flags and their meanings.
13. Enter the pits slowly at all times. Failure to do so can cause injury to marshals and other drivers. Competitors may be disqualified form event for infringement of this rule.
14. Damage to Equipment. We would ask all drivers to please respect and not abuse the equipment provided. Any damage caused by carelessness or by wilful misuse will result in the driver in question behing held responsible for all costs in relation to making good the damage caused.
15. Keep hands away from engine and exhaust area.

PLEASE DO NOT HEISTATE TO ASK A TRACK MARSHAL BEFORE YOUR SESSION.
